__**DNAS patching**__
*Example picture shows the NTSC version, the concept is the same for all regions.*
1. On your PC, download the required utility programs at pcsx2's forums: https://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-How-To-Play-Online-Guide
2. Make an ISO file of your Jak X disc.
3. Run "DISCIDUTIL_V3.0_DVD" in <:PCSX2:762291064073355314> PCSX2 (this makes disc swap easier). Once loaded you'll see a message to Insert disc. Swap discs to your Jak X disc, wait a few seconds, and press <:Cross:685766389209759775>. A Disc ID will appear on screen.
4. Enter Disc ID from previous step into WinDIP patcher and patch the ISO file of your disc. 
5. Upload the patched ISO to your console.
**<:22:691371068514107412>  Modchipped PS2**: Follow your modchip's instructions for loading backup discs.
**<:33:700940160694485042> BC PS3: CECHC or CECHE**: If not done already, You need to have CFW installed on your PS3, and a FTP server and ISO loader such as webMAN. Since the ISO is over 4GB, it's recommended to use FTP over a Ethernet connection to transfer the ISO to `/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO`


Those playing on console models not specifically mentioned above can play online with the original disc without patches.
